If you missed it Saturday, we posted our Dear Niblets, Week Seven letter here. Our time with them is growing shorter, particularly with the boys, Russell and Robbie. Mama Erinn Zuzu will be staying with us throughout the holidays, and based on the ‘Getting Along or Not’ factor, in January, we’ll be better able to come to a home decision. In the meantime, she sure is sucking up to us a lot as only a sweet ginger girl can do!
We’re working extra hard to get the littlest Niblet, Viola, up over two pounds. She’s such a petite girl, one who eats well and plays hard. We’re hoping by this time next week, she’ll be there.
Illy, on the other hand, has lost a smidgen of ground to Russell who is now our weightiest kitten… but just barely. Go here to see the Niblets’ daily weight chart, and if you’d like, pop in here everyday around 2-ish p.m. Pacific Standard Time to watch the Niblets weigh in.
Sweet ginger indeed. Look at that extra cute look. Have a marvellous Monday.
Best wishes Molly.
They have gotten so big while we were on commenting hiatus! They look like such fine little girlcats and boycats, and it’s wonderful to see how well they have done under your watchful care.
Gosh they are growing up to be such good looking cats. I bet it will be hard to let them go. You have done such a good job of raising them.Hope they all find really nice homes. Take care.

Mmm… trout pizza!
We can’t believe the Niblets are already 7 weeks. Time flies by so quickly!
Wow, they are (gulp!) almost ready for new homes!
Oh boy I could not part with them but alas it has to be done! It takes courage. You have done wonders with them and mama Erinn Zuzu is sure trying to encourage you for her to stay. Those eyes!
Have the little Niblets found their forever homes yet?
It looks like Russell and Robbie may have their forever homes coming up next month! We are so happy for them and their new waiting families!
That’s fantastic!! Will they be together in the same home?
No, Russell and Robbie may have separate homes but each have been interviewed and we really like them both. These two boys will grow up wonderfully and each will be well loved.
As long as they have loving homes and still have all the fun kitty deserves!
awwww – they look like big kitties now 🙂
Niblets, you are growing soooo fast! We figure you’re keeping the humans so busy right now!
I think yhey grow up way to fast !
XOXO
It seems to me the cats with the tails are weighing more. Is there a connection? Are their tails weight the difference? We still love Viola. She’s got the sweetest expressions—unlike me. HOLD ON THERE WOMAN! I DIDN’T SAY THAT LAST PART!!
We hadn’t thought about the tail Niblets weighing more but now that we think of it, yeah, that makes sense! We love Viola too. Seems most outside interest in her has faded sadly.
That is weird!! Viola is such a cutie and no matter anyway, she is a kitty who needs a loving forever home! Come on!
Erinn is just gorgeous – I hope things work out, although I think she might challenge the others for (all of) your attention!
Wally says it’s just like a ginger boy to weigh the most. 😉
We purr that Erinn will be able to stay.
Did we miss something? Do Robbie and Russell have homes? Each of their faces is a picture of adorableness. How we wish they all could stay with you so we can watch them grow up. We will continue to enjoy, however, for as long as we can. We are, as usual, filled with Niblet Love. Purrs and hugs, Mauricio, Lily Olivia, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
You didn’t miss anything. We haven’t really been at liberty to say much about adoptions as of yet because nothing is completely definite. Other than little Miss Illy hasn’t gotten any interest at all. And she’s so pretty with all of her Tortie colors coming out on her face just now. True, she’s as easy to photograph as a black panther kitten which is to say not easy at all. But her personality is just huge! She honestly cares about her siblings well being every day and seems to have maturity beyond her 7 and a half week age!
No interest for Illy? I am shocked!
They are such sweethearts and Erinn Zuzu is such a beauty, we hope that it will work out for her to stay. We think Illy is such a sweet beauty too and we purr that someone amazing will give her a forever home.
oh will be sad when they leave xxx
