Hello February. I think February should be a “No Cleaning” month, don’t you? I’ve heard of spring cleaning and holiday cleaning but never once have I heard of February cleaning. I hope the volumes of bewilderment, disappointment, and unending patience spoken by my quiet stare will be noticed by Mom and she’ll stop cleaning long enough to pet me for the next sixty years. It could happen.

More wiping, more scrubbing, more cleaning. Enough already, Mom! You live with cats. Messes are going to happen. One or two hundred cat hairs aren’t enough to cause worldwide panic!

Yikes! Now she’s getting out the vacuum cleaner! I shouldn’t have mentioned the two hundred cat hairs. Looks like it’s time to go up to my blanket fort but I won’t be gone long. I’ve got some cat hairs just itching to make this rug their home. Again.
