Calm and cool, Miss Newton is one of the least stressed cats we’ve ever had the pleasure of living with. No, wait, that would be Seth, no, Maxx, scratch that, Tessa…
Truth be told, Miss Newton is responsible for bring a collective peace into Colehaus. She’s brought together all the kittens and the grown boys, stepped in to make adjustments in playing/sleeping arrangements, taught Pia how to handle Tessa’s rowdy-ness and stands up for anyone small who gets whapped. She seems to always have a smile on her face and a special light in her eyes for everyone.
Similar to Seth who is a comfort cat for Dad, Miss Newton is a comfort cat for the kittens. We’re looking at the next Queen of Colehaus Cats in training.
Newton, you sure do sound like a great cat. What a great referee you are for sure. Love your peaceful pictures. Have a great day.
Peacemaker, referee, all in a day’s work!
Your Newton is a Miss? We didn’t realize that. She sounds like a very important cat in the household.
Yep, a Miss, though she doesn’t like to get all wrapped up in labels. MOL!
Can we borrow Miss Newton? We could use a little peace in our house.
Hmm, maybe she should open up a consulting business and then later, release a book. “Cat Conflicts and the Art of Resolution” by Miss Newton, Purrfessor of Pawsome Feline Psychology. Yep, we can see it now…
There should be more Miss Newtons in the world, both cat and human. Just think how much better things would be!
Purrs,
Tom
No doubt! We’ll have to start up a petition to get her on the World Peace Council!
uh… Miss Newton, I have always thought of you as a very special cat and now I have even more reasons. You are as beautiful on the inside as you are “ginger pretty” on the outside.
Dexter
*purrs* Dexter, thank you. You are quite the gentleman!
