12/02/2024 – A Gingery Christmas

Pia and Quint posed well for this year’s Colehaus Christmas e-cards. The gingery ones have seemed extra lovey this year and while not good friends, Pia has taken to grooming Quint every now and then. It’s adorable.

Tessa and Viola just weren’t feeling it for some reason, that reason being that the setting smelled like the other and as you may know, Tessa and Viola do not like one another. No amount of possible Santa visits or presents or downright insistence from Mom changed their very determined minds. Just between you and us, Tessa and Viola are very similar in personality with the one exception – Tessa finds trouble and seems to enjoy the ensuing chaos. Viola goes straight for the cute factor, every time. For all other personality traits, they could be sisters, which they aren’t but are sort of, because we say they are.

Quint and his chewing on the props habit. The boy’s a chewer, always has been. We’ll share more of this behavior later on because he provided a whole slew of “I have to chew on this!” and “I have to nibble on that!” prop photos. Honestly at this point, what would our Christmas season be without Quint chewing on something festive? A dull Christmas that looked too perfect. Everyone knows only the most realistic Christmas decor photos include something that some cat or pup has gnawed on a bit. Chew on that, Pottery Barn, Wayfair, and Restoration Hardware with your fancy, glossy holiday photos!
