We’re about halfway done with house construction repair and Tessa, for one, is happily looking forward to no more pounding, hammering, sawing, and all other loud noises. The holidays and endless rain slowed forward progress but we’re told we can celebrate Christmas this year with a new and operational garage door! Yes!

Are you supervising, Tessa?!? That’s a great spot to be out of the hubbub – but keep an eye on things.
Renovation noise is terrible! TBT is threatening to have a lot of inside work done “soon”. He has a long list and we are dreading it. We are hoping TBT does a lot of it himself, since it is brief, quieter, and doesnt involve strangers. Today, he repaired a sticky door and added a cushion to the bottom of the garage door so cold air stays out. But he says there WILL be noise and strangers in 2018 for stuff he cant do himself!
Looks like you have the best seat in the house.
