Okay, who remembers the butterball, also known as Erinn Zuzu (who became Zuzu), three years ago when we were all on baby Niblet watch?

We didn’t think she would ever have them babies! And as it was, here she was still almost two weeks away! But she baked those Niblets to absolute perfection.

We can remember you waiting for the kittens to be born and Zuzu being a wonderful momma cat to the babies.
Zuzu is gorgeous! She looks very motherly!
Zuzu is known for her precision and purrfection, so it’s not surprising her tots would be so amazing.

Have you ever had any follow up on her children who moved out and got adopted into their own families?
A photo of Russell is posted every once in a while on his parent’s FB page (he’s so handsome!) and up until about a year ago, we used to get regular reports on Robbie who became Talliah. We received a single report on Illy (who became Tiger) and Winter (the honorary Niblet who roomed with the Niblets for a couple of weeks and who became Lily) right after they were adopted at Christmas but nothing more. It’s very special when a fosterer gets updates, but not expected. It’s part of that bittersweet process of letting them go.
Yes. It is so nice to get a little news. About every 6 months I hear from my fosters. They took a piece of my heart! Love your postings.

It’s hard to believe she was ever that big now that she has regained her laydlike figure. She was such a good mother!
What a perfect mama Zuzu was and what a perfect home she found. BTW, one of my neighbors has a cat named Zuzu.
We do remember when Zuzu was carrying the Niblets around. What a great mommy she was to those sweet babies. 🙂
