It could be 101 degrees outside and Quint would still find a blanket fort to nap in. It’s not 101 degrees outside but a comfortable 75 degrees inside, and still, give him a cool pleather couch for his belly and a warm fleecy blanket for the rest of him and he’s found the best of both worlds.

Sorry, Tessa. There’s the culprit. Viola sneaking through the kitchen, off to catch some sun rays probably on the sunny side of the blinds. This is one girl who will never spend a summer day in a blanket fort.

Oh, kitties are all different.
Our Barty boy and Dido boy were the only two that loved sleeping under the down duvet… None of the others will! They sure love to be on top and Tiggy–Tiger also loves to be on my 2nd (lower) pillow, the European square and claims that, or next to me on the down duvet. So does Spunky and she prefers to be held inside my arm while snuggled up against me. Spooky boy is not seen on top of the down duvet anymore but prefers his oak with rush seated stool in the living room.

Guess I did comment here yesterday morning but don’t see it…
Kitties are as diverse as humans are.
Quint must love his blankie comfort for feeling cozy.
We have had only two kitties that loved to snuggly under the down duvet, our Barty and Dido boy both. None of the others! They just prefer to be on top of the dubet or like Tiggy–Tiger on my lower pillow, the European square.
Pia is on high alert and Tessa just patrolling, like Viola.
