We’re really enjoying our new rustic weathered, stacked and stained frame from Rustic Springs down in Mississippi, and think it makes Quint’s “Summer’s End 2015” painting from last year look superb. There’s something about that slightly spiced orange color we really like. Hmmm, spiced orange…. orange…. orangey orange…. ginger orange…. ginger orange cats…
Bing! Glad we figured out that attraction.
Thank you, John and Mary from Rustic Springs! We love it!

We bought this basket years ago, specifically for the cats. It sat ignored all this time and then, one day, Pia was all like, “Basket! Where have you been all my life!?!?”
We thinks we’ve got another fruit whapper in the house…
It was so hot here a couple of weeks ago, Mom decided to cool some hot cats down with a bit of plain shaved ice. Tessa loved it. Everyone else ignored it. Okay, fine.
Dust Inspector Quint, his tongue curling in distain, finds dust on top of the refrigerator. “Lady, you’re slacking.” Guess we know what we’ll be doing this weekend. Have a good one!
We love that the tradition of fruit whapping continues!
That’s what we love about our kitty friends; never a dull moment! Pia in the basket is adorable, and we had a cat bed that lay ignored for years, until one day when we could not locate Chuck. We looked up and down, and no Chuck. A cold sweat broke out on my forehead, until The Hubby looked under the old table…and there was Chuck in that long-disdained bed! Oh for goodness sake…
Our mom is happy that neither of us is a dust inspector. Otherwise she’d be put in jail for slacking 🙂

Such a cute cat, thanks for the share!
This is for sure fun Friday. The painting is beautiful too
Hugs madi your bfff
Orange is the best color, we think. And Quint – you totally need to make sure you stay on top of things there. Don’t let the hoomins get lazy now.
I just wish I could find food on top of da fridge!
Miss Tessa, we haz a great buzziness idea! Catnip flavored Shave Ice… you could get your Dad to build you a booth and set it up in front of the Cole Haus and sell Shave Ice, and Quint could set up some of his paintings on easels… and … and…
OH Pia you are so adorable in your basket and Viola is it always so good to see you and your sweet little manxie beehind!
Quint’s painting looks lovely in the frame.
You kitties are a very busy crew! I love the frame for Quint’s painting.
Don’t sent Quint over here cos TW doesn’t know how to dust. *koff koff* That’s a pretty painting.
I have my Quint original in a frame that color too- it goes perfectly.
Lovely picture and frame, Quint. My human says you should see her popcorn ceiling cobwebs! Some kitties like ice in their water 🙂
We love the basket and think Pia has the best idea…what a great hiding place. Mom could use it too when she gathers up the beet greens. That woman doesn’t know how much to plant for two. We have scads of beet greens she picks. We don’t want any and I hear dad’s getting tired of beet greens every night.
We really loved all of this fun, Colehaus pals! Fruit whapping, shaved ice, baskets … can we come visit? 🙂
Meus amores parece que vocês estão se divertindo bastante!
A pintura de Quint ficou ainda mais bonito com aquela moldura.
When orange fits, own it!
Lovely picture and frame!
Have a super Sunday…
