Quint and Olivia are family siblings but not technically sibling siblings. They do like each other though, maybe a little because Mom paired them together in a bedroom for a month when they showed signs of not liking each other from the start. Or maybe they would have grown to like each other on their own. Who knows?
We decided to adopt kitten Quint the very second we saw him. From a completely different litter and foster home, Olivia was a bonus kitten. An adopt one, get one free kind of deal. They also had a lot of black kittens up for adoption that no one showed much interest in. Truth be told, if they had said, “Adopt a kitten, get 12 free,” we would have taken them all and wouldn’t have batted an eye.
Now, we’re not saying Quint and Olivia as kittens hated each other’s guts, but let’s just say they weren’t happy being under the same roof as one another. A month spent in the master bedroom together with all the finest amenities and servants at their beck and call, drew them together and together they remain, good friends and buddies.

Aw, it’s good to have a buddy to hang out with.
It’s nice to have a pal. We love those photos.
The Florida Furkids
Such sweet photos of Quint and Olivia!
What sweet little buddies, I’m glad they’re besties – those are darling photos.
That is so sweet. I am glad they are still so close. I adopted Joanie and Sammy together and he just likes to attack her.
“Adopt a kitten, get 12 free”…I’m in!
It certainly worked. They look like the very best of friends.
Those photos are sweet, sweet, sweet!
How nice to see them enjoying each other’s company.
Every kitty needs a bestie.
Aww. we love that Quint and Olivia are so close. 🙂
Those two always make us smile and purr
