Linty Olivia here, and no, I’m not happy about that. But I wanted to snuggle under the covers and my brother Quint said lint comes with the deal. My brother ought to know a lot about lint. After all, he builds his own blanket fort every day, and, well, his name rhymes with lint.
My Mom almost forgot today’s post but she’s not to blame, not really. She’s working seven days a week now for a while. The company she works for is listed under Essential Manufacturing, meaning they make things for the agricultural, medicinal, and pharmaceutical market, so she gets to keep working and keep her job.
Dad’s job is now working from home for the time being, and he got a twenty-eight cent raise. He could brush the lint off me but someone would probably need customer support and he’d have to stop half-way through de-linting me. I might have to go barf up some lint somewhere just to get his complete undivided attention. My sister Tessa did that the other day and boy, oh boy, did Dad ever hop to it to clean it up before Mom got home!
Anyway, I just wanted to share my lint woes with someone. Thanks for listening. Everyone’s doing okay here and as you can see, the lint is doing a spectacular job sticking to baby panthers. Hope you are all healthy and hanging in there. Take care!

Olivia, that’s one of the bad things about being a black cat…all the lint shows up on you. I know. ~Ernie
Oh, lint-y cat, I feel your pain. I’m glad your parents have some stability with their jobs. But I know your mom must be extra tired.
We are sorry you have to deal with lint. I’m very sorry that your mom is working so much, but I know she appreciates that income right now. Sending purrs.
We probably get lint too but it doesn’t show up as much on us.

Here’s hoping your dad can pamper your mom, when she is home.
Stay safe, everyone!
Oh my goodness…Lint is Me too!
Olivia you still look adorable and we are glad everyone is doing well.
Olivia, we are sorry about all this lint problem you are having. We hope your dad is giving you extra cuddles now that he’s working from home. Thanks for sharing. Have a great day and hope your mom doesn’t overwork herself.
Olivia, I’m so sorry about the lint, you sure look pretty, lint and all!
Just put it down to a bad hair day, Olivia.
Sorry about the lint, but I am glad your folks are making money 🙂
I hope the lint doesn’t stick to you too much! I’m glad your Mom and Dad are both working. Stay safe, healthy and virus-free.
I’m just glad both your humans are still working! A lot of people aren’t.
We sure are glad to hear Mom and Dad are both working right now. You all take care of yourselves, and be safe (and linty!), okay? XO
