To so many of you, thank you for all your kind words expressing sorrow, understanding and love on the passing of our Miss Newton last week. She was with us for seven years and yet, that passed in a flash. Time is short. Please hug and kiss your loved ones, right now if possible, and make sure every day counts.
From our hearts, we thank you.

What is wrong with this picture? Sure, Tessa is in it. She doesn’t look mad at the moment. She’s in her favorite Ham-mick. The electric outlet has plugs so she can’t get into trouble. Do you see the problem yet?
Let’s look closer.
Once again, proof that Mom and Dad aren’t keeping things as nicely vacuumed as they believe they are. This is fur. On the underside of Tessa’s Ham-mick! How does this even happen? Tsk, tsk . . .
Mom was mortified when she saw this photo. Now EVERY LAST THING is being vacuumed, top, bottom, sides, insides, outsides, upsides, downsides. Vacuum, vacuum, vacuum. Can’t some kitties get some peace and quiet?
Apparently, no time soon. Thanks, Tessa. Thanks.

How well I understand how fleeting time is with our loved ones. Never would I have imagined I’d lose Toby a mere three weeks after Leia.
Miss Newton was certainly a beauty, wasn’t she ?
It is so hard to lose our fur friends. And they are really good friends. We have cat hair every where. Have a great day.
We didn’t even notice the fur. . .
Oh, I don’t like to have my bottom vacuumed!
thatz one oh yur best fotoz miss newton ~~~~~~~~~ ♥♥♥
N tessa …pleez ta tell mom N dad thatz knot cat fur…. it bee de fabric shedding
itz winter coat ~ ;)♥♥
It’s not shedded fur, it’s magical fibers of love!
LOL! I swept around all litter boxes yesterday, and today you cannot tell that I did anything…*sigh*.
We grieve with you; the amount of time our pets stay with us does not equate to the deep feelings of love that we share.
Tessa, hopefully, the all-around from top to bottom vacuuming will not be too long. So you can be back on your hammick in no time. Thanks for the share. Have a great day.
Furs? I thought it was how well Tessa, uh, filled out the hammick, which she does splendidly well.
Peaches came to me at 15 and lived to 20, and I still feel like we had all 20 years together we shared so much. It’s those memories that count. You’ve had a few losses recently. <3
It’s so hard to lose a loved one, you have our purrs and prayers. Cat hair manages to get EVERYWHERE – we’ve all had a nasty shock like that more than once!
Momma loves my furs and concentrates on the bed we sleep in at night with getting extra furs out, but she says furs add charm!!
My human would never have noticed that – in the photo, or in real life! MOL
Dad says Mom can come and visit the Tomcat Home and add her fur finding expertise. Dad had to cull some photos or crop them for the same reason MOL
Timmy and Family
MOL! Our mom gave up long ago trying to keep up with all the cat hair around here.
Moms don’t keep up with the vacuuming. She cannot get rid of our furs everywhere.
We think the furs went through the fabric. Mom is going to go look at ours now.
The Florida Furkids
ps – we have cat hair EVERYWHERE!
Isn’t fur the new glam ? Purrs
I didn’t notice the fur. I assumed you were referring to the “sag”. Sorry Tessa!
Heh, heh…that cat fur looks like it has static electricity, too!
(We thought you might think the problem was the girth–ahem.)
I would’ve remained oblivious to that too! MOL
I would not have noticed the fur.
OMC! What fur? That’s worse than the inside of my igloo that TW tried to vacuum last week. She filled the container in the facuum but there was so much that wouldn’t come out.
Well, we sure hope she didn’t vacuum your bottom, Tessa!
According to mum that looks purrty normal around here.
sending you continued love and sympathy xoxo
No matter what length of time our furry children are with us, it is never long enough. Continuing prayers for the entire family as you continue to grieve. It appears to us that some cat has been sleeping under the ham-mick! It is impossible to get rid of all the cat hair. Tessa your ham-mick looks really comfy.
Did you sleep under it? Or is it ham-mick who has grown hair …?

TBT held us and kissed us and gave us treats because you said he should. Good werk!
