We have words today, some of which we can talk about without using HBO words. So, that’ll exclude our upcoming tax filing and how the dishwasher helped Mom clean the kitchen floor last week and about a certain credit card company that rhymes with PityBank cancelled Mom’s card she used for cat vet emergencies only. Apparently, she hasn’t had to use it in a little while and you know, during a pandemic and all, they thought it best to close it as inactive. So much for using that for Quint’s dental surgery next month!
Ha! Ha! No visit to that vet for me! La la la la, no vet, no vet!
Um, that is definitely NOT what that means, Quint. You are most certainly going to make that appointment. Or would you rather take that icky medicine for the rest of eternity and have your teeth fall out, slowly, painfully, one by one?
Oh. Well, let me think about that.

Well that is just unfair!
Mom had to use two of her cards or they were going to close them as inactive.
Dishwasher helping to wash the floor doesn’t sound good.
The Florida Furkids
Well that sure stinks. I hope those teeth don’t have to wait too long.
Good heavens, that sounds like a goofy thing for Pitybank to do! Quint we send healing purrs your way and wish you the best on your appointment.
Just when we start to make ends meet, they untangle somewhere else! I hate falling into the moneypit. Too bad, though, Quint!
How annoying! Stupid credit card company. Will they open it again?
Decisions, decisions, Quint. Neither of them sound like fun! Well, I’m sure your human has it under control, HBO words or no.
Oh dear!
Gosh, Big Stupid Bank, for being so very helpful…UNHELPFUL I mean!
That is unfair! Didn’t they even give any warning? One of my credit cards I haven’t used for over 2 years and have been expecting them to close it but they haven’t.
Our Mom hasn’t used her card in awhile but she still has a balance from last year’s vet visits.
Have you looked into Care Credit ? If a charge is over $200 you have six months to pay before they start to charge you interest (which is very high -21%) but that has some advantages – Not all vets take it though.
Sounds like a bad week. I wish you would start a gofund me for the dental, I will help promote it and I know all the cat bloggers will help. XO
That stinks about your credit card account getting closed. I have no idea how it works, but can they re-open it?
Tell Mom to look into Care Credit. You can use it for the Vet (we do!) and also at Walgreens and Rite-Aid and the human dentist and more!!
did our comment get eaten? Tell Mom to look into Care Credit. She uses it for the Vet, and you can also use it at Walgreens, Rite Aid, the human dentist and more.
