Today, we’re listing five statements that may or may not be true. Two are absolute truths and three are wild statements without a shred of honesty whatsoever. Can you spot the whoppers?
1 – When Quint spent the night at the emergency vet a year ago, they had a “THIS ONE BITES!” tag on his cage. When we visited him, no one would tell us if he actually did bite anyone.
2 – When Dad falls asleep with the TV on and the remote in his hand, Tessa seizes that opportunity to change the channel.
3 – Viola, a.k.a The Squirt, often tips over Mom’s full water bottle to see, we assume, how tight fitting the lid is.
4 – Pia prefers to carry mouthfuls of kibble out and away from her feeder to eat from the floor.
5 – The existence of cucumbers frightens Olivia.
Think you know these Colehaus Cats? How’d you do?
Answers: Numbers 1 and 4 are absolute truths:
1 – When Quint was overnighted at the emergency vet a year ago for his no-pooping issue, we have to assume he didn’t like one of the procedures he had to go through. Emema perhaps? Makes sense. Wouldn’t you?
4 – While Pia does seem to dislike her whiskers touching food bowls, her SureFlap feeder is better at not causing that than other solutions. We think she just likes Dad to have to get out the vacuum every day. (As IF!)
Numbers 2, 3 and 5 are whoppers.
2 – Tessa isn’t as interested in watching TV as angel Maxx was. He was a HUGE Law & Order fan. Bong-bong!
3 – While very curious, Viola quickly learned that a lid on a water bottle meant no fun. No licking from the bottle top, either. Mom’s such a kill-joy.
5 – This one is a throw-away. We’re assuming cucumbers don’t frighten Olivia. Countless cat videos online show cucumbers frightening cats. Yes, it’s true. We do know Olivia couldn’t care less about bananas though, so it may stand to reason she couldn’t tell a cucumber from a banana. Only time will tell.

Yay, we guessed them right. Good to see everyone. You all have a super day.
I like to carry my food around too and eat it off the rug. I certainly guessed that one right.
We think that your mom should drink out of a regular glass. MUCH more fun to tip over!
I don’t even try anymore, since I’ve crashed and burned EVERY TIME! Hopefully, Quint has ‘everything’ flowing nicely now!
As I’m always wrong, I don’t try anymore to guess. But I enjoy reading.
Douce soirée

We all like to tip over water containers here!
That was fun! Everyone is so cute today – I had no idea what was true and what wasn’t – cats are NOT predictable.
Binga does the removing a chunk of food and eating it on the floor of her kennel. Where she eats to keep “other” cats from stealing her food.
I was guessing 1 ,2 and 5 were whoppers 🙂 I wouldn’t blame Quint for biting someone gving him an enema 🙂
Despite your instructions in the beginning, we thought all were very true.
I guess all but one. I could never see Quint doing that!
Well I got ALL of those totally wrong MOL!!!!
We got this right! Amazing!!
Yay, I was right! I guessed 1 and 4.
I guessed right too. Just a wild guess too.
We got them all right! 1 and 4 made sense, as TBT has seem notes on vet cages and Ayla paws kibbles and treats a little ways apart to eat them privately. So we decided the other 3 had to be whoppers. MOL!
Good One!
Well, surprise, surprise! We guessed correctly! MOL!
I guessed every one wrong! Oh well! Have a great weekend
QUINT! I would’ve had it all right, but I thought you had to be too sweet of a boy to bite. I’m thinking they put the sign on the wrong kennel. HAD to be!
