We had a big wind storm yesterday followed by a brief power outage and then, just under an inch of snow. And all before noon! Today, it’s freezing rain and maybe later, warmer rain to melt everything away. Or maybe that’ll happen Saturday. Either way, Dad couldn’t get into work and Mom already had the days off. We don’t get snow often here so it’s usually a bigger deal on the TV news than in reality. No disappointment there. They said we’d get between 1 and 4 inches. Nope. It was pretty anyway.
