This is Maxx’s favorite time of year. It’s not chilly yet but getting there. He can be a snuggly cat when he wants to be, sleeping between us at night, burrowing down into the summer-weight comforter. He can be a bit of a bitey boy too when he wants to be, a leftover habit from his early youngster days spent out looking for food and a home… and maybe a TV remote control in the middle of the night. But overall, he’s just a big, lovey lug. That’s our blue-eyed Maxx.
I feel that putting the bitey on now and again keeps the peeps in their place!! 🙂
Maxx, you sound like a great cat. You are very much like our Tip Tail. He loves to burrow down and does sometimes try to bite but he is just playing. You all have a wonderful week.
And you are a handsome noble mancat too!
Lucy is our biter, mostly more of a nibble, but if she gets excited it’s the bitey! It’s more of a love bite really.

You are a beautiful blue-eyed boy who we don’t see often enough. Mom has discovered that this is also Astrid’s favorite time of year. During the summer hots, she wouldn’t go near the catio now she is hanging out there at least some everyday. Maxx was so fortunate to find such a terrific and loving home. Oh yeah… Love snugglin’ with peeps in the fall. In fact, just last night, I was cuddled up in Peep #1’s arms for most of a Miss Marple Mystery on television. Nice.

Oh, Maxx is such a handsome guy! It’s so cute that he likes to snuggle under the covers. None of us are big fans of that, though Pierre likes to be under covers that don’t have humans under them, too.
